いろんなことがあった2022年ももう少しで終わり、新しい年を迎える前に５リズムの動きを通して今年の一年を統合します。家のお大掃除をするように自分自身の身体に必要なくなった緊張を手放して身体の中に空間を作っていきます。
５リズムは誰でも自分おペースでできる動きの練習ですので、未経験の方も少しの勇気を持ってご参加ください。

Theme: Integration
We will integrate the year of 2022 through the movement of 5Rhythms.Discover patterns that are no longer needed from the 5 rhythms, release the patterns, and create a space to take in new energy.
The 5Rhythms – Flowing Staccato Chaos Lyrical Stillness® – are states of Being. They are a map to everywhere we want to go, on all planes of consciousness – inner and outer, forward and back, physical, emotional and intellectual.
They are markers on the way back to a real self, a vulnerable, wild passionate, instinctive self.
The 5Rhythms are simple, defined, and spacious Maps for personal exploration. Diving into these Maps give us the time and space to luxuriate in the teachings, to focus on a facet, to break through resistance and dance on through to the other side. To move mindfully, unpredictably, and creatively with like-minded souls.
